Traumas Were So Different 10 Years Ago

For the past 10 years I have been doing 3 list. Traumas/Dramas/Llhamas In Pajamas. Basically listing things on these list based on the definition under each description. I thought it would be powerful to post the first list I did and compare it to the list 10 years later. Today I will post the 2009 list. Next week I will post the 2019 list.

2009

Trauma-An experience that produces psychological injury or pain.

1. My dad calling me dumb, fat, stupid & ugly.
2. Not hearing my dad say he loved me until I was 14
3. Being jumped in 11^th grade
4. Being molested at 10
5. Being raped at 13
6. Being gang-raped at 19
7. Dennis being verbally & physically abusive
8. Going into a homeless shelter
9. Contracting an STD from my first sexual experience
10. Finding out Peppy had cheated on me.
11. Debbie being abused by her father
12. My mom choosing her boyfriend over me
13. Car accident 1995
14. Flipping off my Busia
15. My cousing dying
16. My family not protecting me from or after abuse
17. Leaving the girls stuff in California and my Love Boat
18. Cheating on BG
19. Falling away from GOD
