Letter To 10 Year Old Me

Dear 10 year old Dana,
I am so sorry that the drunk man came in your room and violated you. I know that you are trying to go on with your life but inside you are an emotional wreck.
I want you to know that life is going to be hard for you. But every time you fall you will get back up and push through it all. Because Dana Michelle you are a very strong little girl. You will go on to be such an amazing women.
This is a very traumatic thing that happen to you. Don’t let this become who you are. Let it make you a stronger person.
