How Great Is Our GOD

Today at church one of the songs we sang was “How Great Is Our GOD” I don’t think I got half way through it before crying uncontrollably.

You see tomorrow I will celebrate my 18th Spirthday (Spiritual Birthday {the day I got baptized}) This song helps me to remember how majestic GOD is. How he protects me and how majestic he is

I never want to forget what GOD saved me from.

He saved me from:

• an unhealthy marriage.
• a life running from my past
• trying to find love through people and things
• a life of emptiness
• feeling like i was never going to be good enough

I can’t imagine where I would be if I would not have turned my life over to GOD. I definitely dont want to look back at the life I left. I just want to remember where I have been and where GOD has taken me since then.

I LOVE the date of my Spirthday day. As other people are reflecting on their past year and looking forward to the next year. I get to look at my walk with GOD, the things that he did in my life and looking forward to what he has in store for me.
I look forward to the plans GOD has for me.

2018 has been a hard year. But it has been good. Because without hard times I could not have grown as much as I have.

I took that leap of faith and moved to Charleston unknown what the future there would hold. It has not been easy but it has been all the pain and tears.

I trully believe that 2019 is going to be MY YEAR. Who knows I might even be dating by the end of it. I just have to continue having the faith that GOD wants me to prosper
