Some people think that to be strong is to never feel pain. In reality, the strongest people are the ones who feel it, understand it, and accept it.
Getting mentally strong and physically strong are pretty similar. Basically, start out both of them in the weak category but you have to persevere and grow stronger with both. You’ll have obstacles trying to get physically strong just as you will have obstacles to get mentally strong
People will hate you, rate you, shake you, and break you. But how strong you stand is what makes you.
I think sometimes we get outwardly focused on what society would say about our progress or what we are going through. Instead of gaging that from within ourselves. We should be our own gage. We know what we have gone through and how hard we have fought for what we want.
No matter how strong we are, we will have moments of weakness. And that is okay. As long as we don’t stay in the moments of weakness. We need to continue growing through the weakness and pain to continue to get strong.
It does not matter how many times we fall, it matters how many times we get back up.
