Session 12
Since the beginning of this PE Therapy I knew that we would end somewhere between 10 & 16 sessions. Last week we mentioned that we would talk about it in Session 12
So before I left we talked about it and decided that Session 13 would be our last session. Part of me was going to ask if we could do 14 sessions for the simple fact of ending on number 13.
But I am not going to let a number define if we end on a good note or bad. So I agreed that 13 would be our lucky number and so it was.
I will talk about our last session and wrapping it. I felt very comfortable where we end.
